Fun fact: I comick'd a different version of this exact scene back in 2007. That's a drawing exercise I did shortly after writing the draft story that Missing Monday is based on. Back then, it was just a drawing exercise I did for fun, I had no actual intentions of rewriting the story as a comic. Ironically, this is possibly the only scene to carry over from that original draft without Really Drastic Changes or Complete Rewriting.
